I truly believe in the healing that results from having a trusting and nurturing space to explore insights, desires, strengths, and challenges. I am LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamy affirming, and have experience in helping people through the coming out process. I also help people who are dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and processing trauma.

During sessions, I use an approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS), which will help you understand symptoms and process trauma at a pace that feels right for you. Through this lens, I will help you connect with your inner wisdom, self-compassion, and clarity. I will also help you develop a felt sense of how emotions show up in your body, and how you can use this connection towards symptom relief.
