Many young adults are experiencing anxiety, depression and confusion. I am here to help you gain clarity on who you are and what you want. In therapy we will work to identify what is working in your life and where you are struggling. I am here to help provide a friendly ear, a nonjudgmental space and help you acquire the skills you need to feel more relaxed, more clear and happier. Reach out, there is no need to do this alone.
