Carly St. John
Who am I? What is important to me? What do I believe in? What do I want out of life? I know firsthand what it is like to face these questions, especially when rebuilding after disappointment, trauma, and loss. In my own experience and in my experience working with clients, I have found that the most difficult times of our lives can be the catalyst to our greatest growth, and eventually, a sense of peace we had not thought possible.
My primary areas of focus are working with clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, and spiritual concerns. I integrate acceptance and mindfulness-based practices with evidence-based approaches to tailor a therapy experience that best fits your needs and goals.
I believe those of us who struggle the most have the greatest resources for making real change, for building rich, full, and meaningful lives. Let’s work together to navigate life's difficulties, and in the face of challenges, be present, open up, and do what matters.
