At Corcoran Psychology, PLLC, I specialize in evidence-based therapy for adolescents and young adults navigating challenges like anxiety, emotion dysregulation, relationship stress, and life transitions. I offer individual therapy using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a warm, collaborative, and skills-focused approach. My goal is to help students build insight, gain tools, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I provide virtual therapy for clients throughout New York and Connecticut, as well as in-person sessions in NYC, Westchester, and Orange County.
