We work with young adults and adults to help them explore their past, present and futures. We will work together to ensure that you take control over any symptoms that are causing you distress. In a confidential and nonjudgmental space, we will uncover your roadblocks, help you get to know yourself better, determine what you want in life and harness your strengths to achieve those goals.
