- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
At the Good Life Center for Mental Health we work conjointly with clients to identify the focus of treatment and build a strong therapeutic alliance. We strive to create a warm and supportive environment to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. I am committed to using evidence-based techniques that have been shown to produce measurable results. The therapeutic modalities I use have a robust body of research that support their use for the specific problems being addressed. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and insight-oriented interventions to help identify the negative beliefs that have prevented you from achieving your personal and relationship goals and experience greater joy. I have extensive experience in the treatment of depression, self-esteem, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, body focus repetitive disorders, self–defeating habits, and bereavement.
