I am trained in EMDR and The Daring Way treatment models created by Dr. Brenè Brown and have mindfulness training from Jack Kornfield and as a yoga teacher.
It is difficult to reach out for help but we all need it at times. My office will be a safe place for you to share your feelings and learn to manage life mindfully with grace and strength.
