Jesenia Rios-Gibson
Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting college students as they navigate the emotional, academic, and personal challenges of this season of life. College can be a time of growth and discovery, but it can also bring stress, anxiety, identity questions, relationship concerns, and past wounds to the surface.
As a faith-centered, trauma-informed therapist, I am committed to helping individuals find emotional healing, clarity, and peace. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out; it’s a place to slow down, reflect, and begin healing at your own pace.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that true transformation happens when we feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Together, we will work to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and develop healthy coping tools so you can move forward with confidence and hope.
