Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

Hi, I’m Kevin. Whether it is your first time to counseling, or your a seasoned veteran, starting the process can be tough. My goal is to make it as easy as possible by building trust together, letting you lead the process, helping you know what to expect, and being warm and candid. I have experience working with people throughout their lifespan. Specifically, I am passionate about supporting young adults in high school and college, men and women struggling with trauma, depression, grief, and anxiety, and folks in the outdoor industry.

I employ an eclectic approach based in Existential Counseling, Person Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, and I have specialized training in EMDR. I hold a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Oregon State University. I have been serving the Central Oregon community since 2014, and I’m excited to expand that support to all of Oregon, virtually.

One of my favorite parts of counseling is that we can tailor-make the experience to fit your needs. Whether that's practical tools and takeaways, or having a safe place to talk. Either way, my hope is that you walk away from our sessions feeling heard, empowered, and having a deeper sense of clarity and direction. Please reach out, I'm eager to hear from you
