My goal is to provide quality behavioral based therapeutic services to adolescents, individuals, and couples in a caring environment. Through our collaborative work we will seek to promote a positive sense of self, while lessoning the experience of anxiety and worry which can inhibit your life.
I have over 10 years of social work experience working with children and families, as well as 5 years working in a crisis setting and with individuals suffering from Substance Use Disorders. I have worked with individuals with a variety of concerns including, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, crisis intervention, and relationship stressors.
