My work focuses on helping you overcome beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors that stem from difficult relationships and experiences throughout life. I recognize that our "bad" choices often arise from issues with our sense of self and self-worth, which we will explore and understand in our work together.
My approach to therapy encourages you to embrace the freedom to be yourself, letting go of who or what you “should” be.
I offer a warm and non-judgmental environment where you will feel heard and respected. I never tell you what to do because I trust that you know -- you just need to parse through some of the noise to get there.
