Choosing a therapist is an important and deeply personal decision, and my goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. I work with individuals who are navigating complex trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, worry, or sadness. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in cycles they can’t quite name, carrying burdens they’ve held alone for far too long. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build a path toward relief, clarity, and meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative, trauma‑informed, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I draw from evidence‑based modalities including DBT, CBT, & ACT, while tailoring each session to your unique needs and strengths. I incorporate psychoeducation, skills training, and optional between‑session “homework" to help you apply what we discuss in real time.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or the long‑term impact of trauma, you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re curious about whether we might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out. When you’re ready to feel more connected, grounded, and understood, I’m here to help.
