Shourov Paul, LMHC, CPC
You are not broken — you are human. And being human means facing change, pressure, and uncertainty — things that can feel especially heavy during college. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, questioning who you are or what’s next, or trying to balance school, family, and your own expectations. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and begin again — with support and intention.
In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, understanding space where you can show up just as you are — no need to have it all together. My role isn’t to fix you, but to walk beside you. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, reconnect you with your strengths, and find new ways forward that feel true to who you are.
Every student’s story is different. That’s why I don’t believe in one “right” way to do therapy. Our work will be shaped by your needs, your culture, and your goals. Whether you’re coping with stress, adjusting to college life, dealing with family or relationship challenges, or trying to rediscover your sense of purpose, we’ll move at your pace.
A big part of our work will be exploring three things:
WHY – Why are you seeking change?
PURPOSE – What gives your life meaning?
PRIORITIES – What matters most to you right now?
When we understand your why, purpose, and priorities, therapy becomes more than just talking — it becomes growth.
Wherever you are in your process, you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you as you find your way forward.
