We provide telehealth and in-home therapy services throughout New York state to people of any age. Our name is both a call to action and an acronym for our specialty: Stress, Trauma, and Anxiety Restorative Treatment. Our mission is to explore your narrative, assist you in adopting new coping methods, and honor the mind-body connection. We extend our therapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples and families. Our licensed clinicians use cognitive-behavioral therapies, creative arts therapies, and psychotherapy techniques to reduce the impact of individual and collective stress, trauma, and anxiety.
