Sydney Huppert
Hi! My name is Sydney Huppert (she/her), and I am a New York State licensed clinical mental health counselor based in Brooklyn, NY. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, life transitions, burn out, and relationship challenges. I also provide neurodivergent affirming care to support the unique challenges faced by Autistic and ADHD clients.
My approach to therapy is holistic and rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Research consistently shows that the best predictor in successful therapy is the strength of the relationship between the client and therapist.
I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate space where clients feel seen and understood. I draw from a range of evidence-based and client-centered modalities. I work with each client to identify their unique needs and goals to grow in the ways you need.
