College is a time filled with personal and professional growth, but it can also bring up a lot stress about grades or the future, pressure to succeed, struggles with self-doubt or imposter syndrome, and challenges in relationships with family, friends, or romantic partners. You might be feeling like you're supposed to have it all figured out, but the truth is, it’s okay if you don’t. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just trying to keep up with everything on your plate, our sessions can be a space to slow down, reflect, and get the support you need. I believe therapy works best when we work together, so I take a collaborative approach to help you identify your goals, track your growth, and adjust as needed. Together, we'll work to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
