My practice focuses on accessibility and inclusivity, while also specializing in academic and career counseling for high school students and young adults navigating the college experience. My goal is to provide accessible, affirming, and evidence-based mental health services for all communities through a social justice–minded, culturally responsive lens.
I am trained in EMDR, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, TF-CBT, and ACRA. I provide individual and family therapy. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor with over 10 years of experience in behavioral and mental health.
