Evening/ Weekend availability! Sometimes we all need a space to pause, reflect and reset. With 12 years of experience, I offer a supportive space for college students, drawing from CBT, DBT, strengths and solutions-based approaches. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions and relationship challenges. Whether you adjusting to campus life, managing a heavy course load, dealing with family, friend or relationship stress or trying to feel more balance and confident, together we’ll explore what’s feeling heavy and develop practical tools to apply. My goal is to help you from simply just getting through the semester to truly thriving, both on campus and beyond!
