My name is Kacey Rose Bongarzone and I have an office in Hingham where I can meet on Mondays and Tuesdays. I also practice TeleHealth during the week (including Saturdays) using Zoom, Doxy, or phone. If you feel there is something missing in your life, too much on your plate, or if you desire change, I can help you find your perfect balance. We can feel overwhelmed by our daily schedules or underwhelmed by our relationships. I am experienced with development of all aspects in life including work, school, recreation, relationships, and self. My curiosity has grown for sharing the healing process, earning my credentials as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) in order to provide professional services for those that want a path forward.

We all have a unique story to tell. Our stories need witnessing, understanding, and even transformation. I believe that therapy provides such a transformative space. It is only in telling our stories, slowing down and recognizing our automatic thoughts and responses that we can reveal our unique inner resources and the truth that we already have everything we need to embrace lives of connection, health, and purpose. It is a creative and collaborative endeavor, navigating internal and external struggles, organizing thoughts and feelings, identifying patterns, and being curious about our own (and each other’s ’) stories. In the past twenty years I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults coping with with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief and trauma. Working with adolescent and young adult females struggling with mental health issues, especially those related to self esteem, identity, and the complicated transition to adulthood is a particular passion. I use a blend of clinical modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS); Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and other mind/body techniques; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT

My name is Fernanda Alves and I am originally from Brazil, where I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2006. After graduating, I immigrated to the US to pursue my master's degree in mental health, which I completed in 2012. Since then, I have worked as an outpatient therapist for two nonprofit organizations, where I obtained experience working with children, adolescents, and families. At the beginning of 2020, I opened my practice, where I have been working with children, adolescents and adults. As someone who has attended counselling myself for anxiety and ADHD, I noticed that plain “talk therapy” was not the most effective method for so many of us, so with that in mind, I developed a goal-oriented, evidence-based approach with my clients that allows them to develop tools to accept life’s challenges while moving towards their values and goal. Instead of focusing on WHY you can't accomplish something, I will help you focus on HOW by giving you productive solutions and strategies.
