As people, we are always in bloom. Over time, we become different versions of ourselves. The shifting landscape of how we relate to the world around us can be both thrilling and terrifying, and it can be hard to know how to process and adjust to life's transitions. I support clients in developing insight into their internal worlds, and exploring how core perspectives and beliefs shape interactions in the external world. Through this process, clients are able to identify aspects of past versions of themselves that are no longer serving them, and areas of strength that they can carry forward into future phases. I take an eclectic, person-centered approach to counseling in order to provide unique, personalized care. I prioritize creating a genuine connection with my clients based on trust, honesty, and respect. I balance creativity and practicality when problem-solving, and use psychoeducation to demystify and destigmatize mental health topics. My approach to counseling has been developed over three years of professional work in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients of all ages, with a wide variety of needs, abilities, and backgrounds. And, even with the skills I’ve acquired so far, I am also still in progress: I intend to continue learning, changing, and blooming along with you.
Finding the right therapist matters, and starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered. My goal is for therapy to be both practical and reflective—a place for insight, growth, and genuine change. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, increased stress, and life transitions. I work with individuals at different stages of life, including adults, adolescents, and children, and I also support parents as they navigate their own challenges and transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT. I believe therapy should move at a pace that honors where you are and what you’re ready for. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and work toward changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable. My background: I earned my doctorate degree (PsyD) in Combined School and Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. My professional experiences include work in community mental health, college counseling, and private practice settings, where I’ve provided evidence-based treatment to individuals across the lifespan. I also have experience supervising PhD/PsyD students and post-doctoral fellows.

I enjoy providing a compassionate, emotionally-attuned space for you to understand how earlier life experiences have influenced your thoughts, feelings and behaviors- whether you are embarking on your own self-discovery journey, navigating a difficult life transition, processing a painful past experience, or managing persistent thoughts and feelings that you are unsure how to change. Drawing from my own experience as a first-generation queer Latinx, I strive to create an accessible, inclusive and validating space in which you can explore your own authenticity and cultivate your own empowerment. I work with you to integrate your physical and cognitive experiences- identifying patterns that stand in the way of the life you desire. Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
Hello there, Feeling stuck? Feeling stressed out about all the things that are competing for your attention? Wanting to change your relationship with yourself, so you can spread your wings and soar? I'm Stefan (he/him) and I want to be there on your journey. Starting therapy can feel scary, even if you've been in therapy before! To lower that intensity a bit, I want you to give you an idea of how I show up to sessions: - I get to know you - your family, friends, hobbies, shows, loves, fears, passions. - I celebrate and hype you up when you do the hard thing. - I ask questions to get you curious about patterns in your life, and point out when you might not be aware of them. - I offer compassion when your mind creates judgments about yourself. - I welcome and ask for feedback, knowing some things will land and others will not. - I laugh with you and value humor. - I tear up when you feel hurt or uncover a tender spot (while also holding space for you to feel). - I'll tell you I'm proud of you. - I nerd out about mental health, skills, approaches, and explain concepts in a way you'll understand. - I slow down and speed up based on your cues, and I give you choice in how we go about sessions. - I'm always working on our relationship, so there's trust and security when we get to difficult things. - I acknowledge the bigger systems of oppression that affect your life and lives of your loved ones. - I'm active and dynamic in sessions - sometimes asking questions, leading an activity, listening and reflecting, interrupting to highlight something you said, and synthesizing information and summarizing it back to you. All of this "I" is the effort I put into helping you get to "you": what you want, what you care about, your goals, dreams, your emotions, stressors, internal talk, and who you want to become and how you want to show up in life. Specialties: queer and trans identities and lived experiences, anxiety and depression, perfectionism, substance use, navigating family dynamics, healing trauma, couples and relationship work, career discernment Approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR; trauma approach), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method (for relationship work), mindfulness and somatic interventions I'm an associate counselor, seeing clients through telehealth in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and California. " I use a blend of modalities, including DBT, EMDR and mindfulness skills in a holistic way to help work through issues that might be holding you back. My practice is unique due to my own life informed experience as a musician, journalist and psychotherapist.
