I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York and is currently in the process of receiving my PhD in Mental Health Counseling at Pace University. I recognize that each individual is unique and is the expert in their own life. I utilize a person-centered approach focusing on key components of positive psychology and cognitive mindfulness techniques to help foster resilience when facing adversity.
