Most of my clients come to me due to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, and have a feeling of just surviving. I utilize a variety of different modalities based on the individuals needs. I often will encourage clients to process feelings from the inside out this allows for a deeper connection to your authentic self and sets you up to have your needs met. Some practices I may use are mindfulness, breathing practices, brainspotting, and guided somatic practices.
