Since 1985, we have been committed to helping our clients and their families overcome and deal with substance abuse and dependency issues, including alcohol, drugs, prescription medications, smoking, and vaping. Our state of the art, holistic approach to treatment and long-term recovery includes addressing the medical, psychological, social, family and behavioral factors that influence and perpetuate these complex and chronic health conditions. We believe the most successful treatment strategies are based on the needs of each individual. As every story is different, so is each path to recovery and wellness. We help our clients map out their own unique strategy, and guide them along the way.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have extensive experience working in various mental health settings. My practice specializes in providing following services: couples counseling, psychotherapy, psychological, substance abuse and immigration evaluations . I am trained in REBT, and CBT. I utilize an eclectic approach with various techniques tailored to my client's individual needs and work with clients from diverse cultural background. In my practice we treat depression, anxiety, and other behavioral disorders as well as work with trauma, low self esteem, increased stress and, dating and relationship issues. Here are some things to consider to help you decide if we are a good fit: 1.There is no such thing as too big or too small of a problem. All your feelings and experiences are important. 2. There is no right or wrong time to start therapy. Therapy is about being heard, validated and understood. As soon as you are ready to experience these things you are ready for therapy and I am here to help! Services are available in English, and Russian.
In your sessions I offer a safe space and a supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach. You are in the driver’s seat. I’ve got the roadmap and I am ready to help you navigate your goals and guide you on your journey…the winding roads, the forks that unexpectedly spring up, the boulders that feel so heavy, and also celebrate the roads with smooth paths where you have the window down, feel the wind in your hair, and the smell of hope in the breeze. So get in the car (or hop on Zoom!), we’re going on a life trip! Throughout my career I have assisted individuals in their journeys with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, executive functioning skills, life transitions, relationships, and caregiving across the lifespan. Let’s do this. I believe in you and I can’t wait to start working with you. I specialize in (but not limited to) working with individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities, individuals with physical and acquired disabilities, individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, as well as young adults navigating life transitions, college, and the overwhelming journey of “adulting.”
I offer virtual therapy in a supportive space where you can share your experiences and develop new skills. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, or life’s everyday stressors I’m here to listen, support, and help you grow.
I partner with adolescents and adults looking to address anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem issues, and family dynamic challenges. I take a relational and empathetic approach and work to provide a safe space for clients to discuss their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. The therapeutic relationship is a privilege, and I am grateful to listen and try to understand how you see the world. I received my MSW at Fordham University. I trained in a hospital setting where I conducted group/individual therapy in an acute inpatient psychiatric unit. I take a holistic approach to understanding my clients and use psychodynamic and evidence based-practices (CBT) to help clients observe patterns of thoughts and behaviors with compassion. Thank you for having the courage to ask for help. Wherever you are starting from, I am happy to meet you there. No topic is off limits.
I believe that being in therapy is about creating space for positive change. When we can slow down and make room for ourselves, we can grow and create lasting adjustments that make our lives more balanced and enjoyable. I work collaboratively with clients, providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore issues, problem solve, navigate life transitions, develop new and creative coping skills, and strengthen one’s relationship with themselves and with others. I specialize in helping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction recovery. I also work extensively with artists of all kinds who are experiencing creative blocks or stagnation in their art/creative practices and life. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses art materials and the creative process to help people express, process, and integrate their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Art therapy is for everyone, not just people who identify as artists or have experience with the visual arts. Clients see me for talk therapy and or art therapy. All sessions are tailored to the preferences and goals of my clients. My approach is holistic and person-center, integrating traditional talk therapies and art therapy with mindfulness/body-based practices. I am a patient and compassionate therapist, who values humor and direct communication, dedicated to supporting my clients in their healing process and personal growth, enacting the changes they desire to see within themselves.

Hello I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor who has been in practice for 10 years. I specialize in Eating disorders and trauma and use the Health at Every Size approach to working with eating disorders as well as recognize that trauma is keeping people from the recovery they seek from this condition. I am trained in EMDR and trauma informed stabilization treatment which is a parts model in working with trauma. I work best with clients who have utilized other types of therapy and feel that it is not working for them and also who have been diagnosed with multiple types of disorders. People that I work best with recognize that experiences from childhood are impacting them currently and want to heal from that impact.
