This virtual support group for young adults (17–26) offers a safe space to connect and explore topics like managing anxiety, self-doubt, relationships, identity, life direction, family roles, and mental health. The group runs on a rolling basis. Insurance accepted: BCBS, MGB, Optum, United Healthcare. Private pay: $50/session. Starts Sep 8, 2025, 6-7 pm every Monday.
